Shee was working in senior positions across international sectors, such as manufacturing, banking, and FMCG.
The company was founded with the goal of empowering women in rural areas while also building a successful and long-lasting enterprise. The company’s long-term goal is to employ solar energy, as seen by the incorporation of this goal into the name Mzis Ferma (geo: Sun Farm). According to reports in the company, the company currently runs 1.5 ha of open-field production, 500 m2 of “Chinese” passive solar power greenhouse space, and 1000 m2 of traditional greenhouse space. The farm is supplied with natural gas and electricity, and the plots are outfitted with complete automatic irrigation systems.
